You can cancel your TextGo AI subscription at any time. If you do not cancel before the end of the billing cycle or the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew with the same charges applied. You also have the option to upgrade your subscription before renewal.
If you find that TextGo AI does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided the service has not been used.
After the period of 7 days, charges are non-refundable, even if the service remains unused.
